The staff at Johnsons VolkswagenLiverpool were good because the minute I walked in I was attended to by Carly Cook the service advisor my car was only having a first service and was a while you wait appointment upon taking my keys and asking did I have any additional problems Carly made me aware of the location of the complementary tea/coffee machine and upon completion even showed me where my car was parked this was my first visit to Johnsons but it all went smoothly
